This mini-course provides a quick reference on Jordan applications. It reflects recent guidance provided by the Supreme Court of Canada in R v Jordan, 2016 SCC 27 and subsequent cases on the right to be tried within a reasonable time within the meaning of s. 11(b) of the Charter.
