Introduction

This course serves as a general introduction to the bundle, explaining the framework and highlighting the different perspectives at play. An expanded Acknowledgments section explores the meaning of the Indigenous practice of “holding someone up” and explains the significance of the course image. Judges are also invited to learn about the smudging ceremony to begin their learning process on a positive path.
