Introduction

This course provides an introduction to Indigenous law throughout various contexts. Learn about the sources of Indigenous law, its history, and how it has been approached by judges in Canadian courts. Engage with examples of Indigenous law from diverse sources and build a foundation of knowledge for progressive learning opportunities of Indigenous law in action.
