Course Description
The “Case Management Measures and Short Duration Applications in Family Matters” digital tool has been designed for Superior Court of Québec judges called on to manage family matters. This accelerated course features short texts on the relevant laws and procedures for case management measures and short duration applications in family law matters. Several sections cover common types of applications encountered at this stage of the proceedings. Differences between the rules of practice in each Superior Court of Québec division are clearly indicated. The tool also features practical family case management advice from experienced judges.
